Our cat likes the ramp.
All of the wooden dowel joints came apart.
All of the joints were not glued or they did not have enough glue to hold.
I was so excited to get this ramp! I have a tiny dog with tiny legs, and it seemed like the perfect solution. I was so impressed at first that I even told my friend about it and ended up buying one for her too. She was just as excited.
Unfortunately, the excitement quickly faded. On my first ramp, the staples started separating from the frame. I appreciated that the company replaced it without hassle—but soon after receiving the second one, it also began falling apart at the joints. I had to hot glue it just to keep it together.
Now, my friend is experiencing the same problems—staples coming loose and the carpet peeling off. I had hoped my first experience was a fluke, but it’s clear these ramps are just not built to last.
I rarely give one-star reviews, but I’m truly disappointed. The quality is poor, and they simply don’t hold up. I wanted to love this product, but it just doesn’t deliver.
Our kitty has arthritis and we are getting worried about her jumping onto and off of the bed. This ramp was perfect due to the scratching surface that she initially thought was a scratcher and new toy. It took her a couple weeks to realize it was also an efficient way to enter/exit the bed. And the ramp looks appealing in our room.
Easy to set up and adjust for my pup and cats!
This ramp works perfectly for my older cat. She was having issues getting up and down our couch and now can easily hang out with the family! Since it is adjustable, I was able to align the top of the ramp perfectly to the couch seat. Thanks!!!
