Took over a month to get, but it was a design build. Did not receive any clips when I received it, called and they shipped me clips, but only sent 1/2 the clips that were supposed to go with this catio, had to call again and get the other half. The only problem is thas this catio is 9' tall and was not very sturdy, so we had to add supports so that we could but in perches, which I woud have thought it would have has somekind of supports since it was so tall. I really do love the catio now that we have all the kinks worked out. Customer service was great, shipping depatment not so much, as they forgot the clips twice.
