    My delivery guy was TOP NOTCH!!!

    The way my pallet was packed in the truck meant there was NO possible way to use the forklift to unload the crate from the tailgate. The math didn't work! One thing was going over the edge of the liftgate: either my $$$ crate or the forklift. Neither of us wanted to see either. So we angled my crate and gingerly lowered the liftgate, and unloaded the catio pieces BY HAND, IN THE COLD!

    Driver was AMAZING about doing this! TOP NOTCH SERVICE!
